Budapest Salad

You will need
  • - 2 pcs. sweet green pepper;
  • - 2 pcs. sweet red pepper;
  • - 2 small onions;
  • - 125 g salami;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 6 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
  • - 0.5 tsp vinegar;
  • - salt to taste;
  • - a pinch of red ground pepper;
  • - A bunch of green onions.
Wash the pods of sweet pepper, cut it in half, remove the core and cut into neat strips.
Peel the onion, cut into thin half-rings and scald with boiling water.
Salami cut into small neat slices.
All prepared ingredients for the dish combine in a deep salad bowl.
Peel the garlic and squeeze the juice out of the salad bowl.
In a separate dish to prepare the sauce for the "Budapest Salad" of sour cream, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Add the prepared dressing to the salad and mix everything carefully.
Before serving, decorate the salad with chopped green onion rings.
