Momoa' favourite is tomahawk chop on the bone. "We have rosemary in the yard. So I chop up that. We have an orchard, so I get some lemon zest. Crushed garlic, tons of salt, pepper, flash of olive oil, let it all sit for about an hour, then put it on a hot gril. Beautiful. I love meat."
