Butter was not as harmful as we thought

Then this news is especially for you: scientists from Maryland published the results of a study, according to which we can say with confidence that nutritionists hurried to write down butter in the ranks of harmful products that cause cardiovascular diseases and shorten life.
A new study, or rather the continuation of the old, conducted 45 years ago, proved that butter is no more harmful than vegetable oil. Excluding animal fats from the diet actually reduces the level of cholesterol in the blood. However, no evidence that this reduces the risk of ischemia and other heart diseases, was not found. So it's safe to continue your favorite ritual during breakfast. The only thing, do not forget about moderation - the basis of proper nutrition.
