You will need:

  • milk - 200 ml;
  • Yolks - 3 pcs .;
  • baking powder - 20 g

How to cook this simple delicacy? First you need to combine all the dry ingredients in one in a container, and in the other mix and beat the yolks with milk. Gradually pouring the liquid into the flour mixture, knead the dough.

  • lemon juice.

All ingredients must be combined and quickly beat using a mixer until the foam. And if you want to make cookies multicolored, then replace the lemon juice with beetroot, carrot or strawberry.

You can also make chocolate decoration. It will need only two components:

  • a bar of white or dark chocolate;
  • a little sour cream (1 tbsp.).

Melt the chocolate first in a water bath and then add sour cream. Apply this icing should be immediately after preparation, as it quickly hardens. Before applying the decor baked a little moistened with water.
