How much protein is in baked milk
Baked milk is prepared from whole milk by long boiling and uniform heating after that. Despite its high fat content (at least 4 g of fat per 100 g of product), baked milk contains on average only 2.9 g of protein per 100 g of finished product. Of course, this is not very small, but not much compared to other types of milk.
