How to cook grayling stewed in beer
To prepare grayling you will need
- 4-5 pieces medium grayling
- 2 pcs. large onions,
- 1 PC. carrot,
- 1 parsley root,
- 100 r. butter,
- 30 gr. white raisins
- 2 tbsp. good light beer
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 lime,
- salt, freshly ground black pepper to taste.
To clean the chariuses, gut, wash under running cold water. Mix freshly ground pepper with salt, and grate fish with this mixture. Put the fish in the fridge for salting for one hour.
Peel the onions and finely chop, wash the carrots, peel and grate, wash the parsley root, peel and finely chop. All chopped vegetables fry in butter until brownish.
Grease the form for baking with butter. We spread out half of the vegetables, prepared fish for them, and vegetables on top again. All pour beer and squeeze the juice from the lime, add the washed raisins, spices and salt.
