You will need:

Cooking method:

Rinse mushrooms and soak in cold water for about 3 hours. Then they must be transferred to a saucepan, pour the water in which they were soaked, put on the fire and boil for 30 minutes after boiling. After that, you need to catch the mushrooms, and in the mushroom broth put peeled and diced potatoes. Potatoes need to cook until tender. While the potatoes are boiling, we clean the onions, chop them finely and fry in butter for 2-3 minutes.Then add to the onions already cooled and chopped mushrooms and fry all together for about 5 minutes. Now in mushroom broth you need to put the fried onions and mushrooms, salt and bring to a boil. Ready soup is poured into plates, put sour cream and greens.

You can cook dry mushroom soup in another way. This soup will be more delicate in taste.

You will need (with the expectation of a five-liter pot):

  • 1.5 cups dry mushrooms
  • 2/3 cup rice
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 processed cheese (choose the cheese you already bought and know its taste)

Cooking method:

First, wash the mushrooms and soak them in cold water for 3 hours. Then boil them in the same water until cooked (about 30 minutes) and salt. Now you need to get the mushrooms and cut them. Rice should be washed, poured into boiling mushroom broth and cook for 10 minutes. Then add chopped potatoes to the broth and cook it until half cooked. Put the mushrooms, peppers and cheese. We are waiting for the cheese to completely dissolve. Now the soup is ready. It is recommended to serve with croutons.

Creamy champignon cream soup

You will need:

  • 500 g of champignons
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp. l flour
  • 50 g butter
  • 600 ml. broth (vegetable or meat)
  • 200 ml. 10% cream
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method:

Clean onions, finely cut and fry in vegetable oil for about 2 minutes. My mushrooms, cut into plates, put them to the onion and fry all together for another 5-7 minutes. In a saucepan, drown the butter, add the flour and fry it for about 2 minutes. Gradually pour in the broth and bring to a boil. As soon as the broth boils, add onion with mushrooms and also bring to a boil. Then grind all the blend. Now you need to add salt and pepper to the soup, reduce the heat to low and cook for another 7 minutes. Fill the cream and boil again. Your soup is ready to eat.

How to Cook Mushroom Soup with Fresh Porcini Mushrooms

You will need:

  • 600 g fresh white mushrooms
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 4 - 5 tubers of potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. l butter
  • Greens, salt, sour cream

Cooking method:

Mushrooms need to be cleaned, washed and cut into pieces. Then put them in the pan, pour 2-3 liters. water, put on fire, bring to a boil, cook for 30 minutes. Onions and carrots clean, finely cut, fry in butter for 7�10 minutes and add to the mushrooms. Cook all 15 minutes.Then add sliced potatoes, butter and salt. When the potatoes are ready, the soup can be poured into plates and served with greens and sour cream.

If you want your soup to be thicker, then 5 minutes before you put the potatoes, you can fill one handful of rice.
