How to tell if your health and fitness plan is actually working
When maintaining a health and fitness plan, motivation is key. That doesn't necessarily mean you need to see your dress size drop - plenty of people embark upon fitness regimens without any intention of losing any weight - but it does mean you need to startfeelingbetter.
If you've been working hard at overhauling your approach to diet and exercise but don't believe like you're necessarily getting anywhere, you can thank health and fitness coach Sarah Duff, who has laid out the best way to tell. Sarah, who posts on Instagram over at @sarahdufflifestyleandfitness, posted her nine-point plan to work out if you're on the right regimen earlier this week.
"The signs of a successful plan and [your] progress is so much more than just a number on a scale or the shrinking of body parts," wrote Sarah.
