Recipe for the most delicate and airy biscuit
The correct biscuit should be high and airy, but this is not always the case and not for everyone. We suggest you to try the recipe of making airy and delicate sponge cake, known to our mothers and grandmothers.
- 6 eggs

- 130 g flour
1. Take eggs at room temperature and add a pinch of salt.
