Three-layer berry cheesecake.



250 g cream cheese
50 g of butter
100 ml of milk
60 g flour
40 grams of corn starch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
6 eggs (separate the whites from the yolks)
140 grams of sugar
lemon juice for whipping proteins
300 g fresh or frozen berries.

In the original recipe: 1 glass of blueberries, 1 glass of strawberries and 1 glass of blackberry

From each type of berries, mash to get 3 species. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Grease the baking dish with oil.

Melt cream cheese, butter and milk and blend until smooth. Cool the mixture. Add flour, corn starch, egg yolks, lemon juice and mix well. In a separate container, beat the egg whites with lemon juice. Add sugar to the mixture and whisk well. Add this mixture to the first mixture and mix well.Take 3 equal containers, put in each berry puree (in each container your look), and divide the creamy mixture into 3 equal parts and pour to each puree, mix.

Pour one layer of cheesecake into a baking dish and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, then pour the second layer and bake for another 10 minutes. When you pour out the last layer, bake for an hour (approximately) until the vert turns golden. Cool the berry cheesecake at room temperature. Decorate the top of the cheesecake with fresh berries or to your taste.
